A secluded retreat, this home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, satellite TV/DVD player, covered patio, BBQ grill, and a fenced yard. Accommodates ten people (3 queens and 2 fulls)

  • Prices are for 2020 season but are subject to change
  • Check in is 4:00 pm & Check out is 11:00 am
  • Resort Fee: $8.50 per night per room.
  • All accommodations are non-smoking.
  • 2 night minimum stay on weekends.
  • All houses are equipped with microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator, unless listed with a full kitchen.
  • A $50 per room and $100 per house deposit is required at time of booking.
  • Satellite Wi-Fi can be unpredictable.
  • Wi-Fi hot spots located in the Lodge, Grist Mill Club and Conference Room
  • We require a 30-day notice to avoid cancellation fees.
  • An additional fee of $15.00/person applies to lodging.
  • Pet Fee: $30 per night per room, Mackey Place $60, & Oak Ridge Place $80
  • Limit of two pets - $10.00 fee for an additional pet per lodging accommodation.
  • Absolutely no pets are allowed in the following units:
    Suites, Deluxe Rooms, Red House, Williams Place, New House, Captain Ron's, Ralph’s Ridge, Edith's Place, and The Carriage House.
  • Violations of pet and smoking restrictions are subject to $250, plus room recovery fees.
